Our resort boasts an ancient history... and while we will never forget our roots, we also constantly look to the future. That’s why we offer our guests the classic flavours of traditional Sicilian cuisine, reinterpreted by the creative genius of our chef. We always select the very best local ingredients, transforming them only to the extent necessary to bring out their flavours and aromas, and creating entrées with an authentic Sicilian taste, all of which go perfectly with the Sicilian wines from our cellar.
Abounding with natural light during the daytime, and immersed in an enchanting atmosphere during the evening, our restaurant offers an extraordinary setting for an unforgettable culinary experience. From their tables, guests can enjoy a splendid view of the charming patio and fountain, which is surrounded by magnificent native plants and trees, including birds of paradise, and lemon, carob, and pomegranate trees. On breezy days, guests can even dine outside on the covered terrace.
After a restful night's sleep in their quiet and comfortable rooms, guests can emerge to enjoy the best part of their morning ritual: our splendid breakfast buffet. This magnificent assortment of sweet and savoury delights consists of both international and local options, and is served every morning in the Sala delle Ninfee and outside amid the greenery on the terrace. In addition to the croissants, the cakes from Pasticceria Bonati, the assorted sandwiches, and the cannoli to be garnished as desired, there are also cheeses, eggs and bacon, for a delicious breakfast to be savoured.
Dinner is served à la carte, and consists of four options for each course. Seasonal local products are used religiously in every dish, in a constant pursuit of traditional excellence, but with a modern and innovative twist. In addition to the à la carte menu, guests can also opt for the daily special for their appetisers, and first and second courses. This fantastic culinary experience is further accentuated by our exceptional wine list, which features some of the very best products from this part of Sicily.

The restaurant is open every day from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The restaurant is also open to those who aren't staying at the resort, with bookings made in advance.
If requested beforehand, special menu options can also be prepared for any guests with food intolerances or special dietary need.
The pool bar is also at our guests’ disposal for a light lunch, a first course meal, or a salad, and also offers a wide range of cocktails.
